I've spent my career at EY, helping enterprise clients through their hardest transitions: restructurings, integrations, and large-scale transformations. Through NYPACE, I lead small teams on 8-week sprints, advising NYC entrepreneurs. And on my own, I took Tranche, a private credit deal screening platform, from zero to one. I work the same way whether it's a global firm or a team of one. I take ownership and pride in solving other people's problems. Using AI, I rebuild broken processes instead of working around them.
Before you can connect the dots, you have to collect them.
I'm passionate about I speak English, Russian, Hebrew, and French, and I'm learning Mandarin Chinese. Every language opens a new way of thinking. and What struck me more than the sights were the people. Ask me about them.. They shape how I think and work.
Outside of work, I'm drawn to poker, chess, and climbing. Each one builds confidence in my thinking: read the situation, commit to the decision, and live with it.
I become better by staying curious. The more perspectives I absorb, the more creative the solutions I find.
